Leadership Phiosophy

I believe a great leader clears obstacles and empowers creatives to do their best work. I’ve made a career out of assembling high‑performing teams from the ground up and transforming underperforming groups into cohesive, innovative units.

I’ve literally taken a fragmented team and brought a major rebrand project back on track in under 90 days. I’ve also merged multiple creative departments after company acquisitions to create a single, unified team culture. These aren’t just management tasks – they’re transformations.

Brand Strategy & Design Systems

I love creating order from chaos – whether that’s unifying 22 disparate product websites into one consistent brand, or establishing a design system that helps a company present a cohesive face to the world.

My work with well-known brands like L’Oréal, Avon, Levi’s, and Costco demonstrate my ability to uphold and elevate global brand standards while also tailoring strategies for niche audiences. Every design decision reinforces the brand and aligns with strategic business goals.

Technical Innovation

I’m as comfortable discussing pixels and color theory as I am talking APIs and automation. In past roles, I’ve implemented AI-driven tools and internal platforms to streamline creative workflows, enabling small teams to deliver more efficiently without sacrificing quality.

This rare combination of creative vision and technical implementation means I don’t just set direction – I build the systems that make it scalable.

Fueled Passion

I’m at my best when I’m helping people grow. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a once-disjointed team clicking together and creating amazing work. When I’m not building brands, you might find me mentoring up-and-coming designers or studying the latest tech that can give creatives an edge.

(And yes, I occasionally wrangle chaotic projects that make other people run for the hills. Someone has to do it, and I happen to enjoy the challenge.)
